How To Get Past Fear and Start Playing in the Creative Process

So many people don’t even try to create because self-doubt can be so strong! But I want you to know that you CAN do it and I don’t want you to feel held back any longer.
I also get stuck in my head and I’ve had to come up with tricks to get myself started. Otherwise, I can go months without picking up a brush because of those nasty thoughts of comparison, self-doubt, and fear.
It’s ok to feel those things, we all do. But they don’t have to control your creativity anymore. There’s so much joy to be found when you give yourself permission to play, with a focus on the creative process.
